Digital Products

I sell digital products such as guides, planners, checklists, and educational resources for horse owners.

Delivery

All digital products are delivered electronically. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a link to download your files. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email straight away.

Usage Rights

Digital products are for your personal use only. Please don't share, reproduce, or sell my products without permission. They're protected by copyright.

Refund for Digital Products

Because these are digital products that you receive immediately, I'm unable to offer refunds unless there's a problem with the file or download. If you have any issues accessing your purchase, email me and I'll do my best to help.

Subscription Boxes

From time to time, I may offer subscription boxes or physical products through The Equestrian Knowledge Hub.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Payment is required in full at the time of order.

Shipping

Subscription boxes are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure your details are correct. I can't be responsible for missing boxes if the address provided is incorrect. Delivery times may vary, but I'll always keep you updated.

Returns & Refunds for Subscription Boxes

If you box arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact me within 7 days and I'll do my best to put it right. Due to the nature of subscription boxes, returns are generally not accepted unless there's a fault. Refund are not available for boxes that have already been shipped.

Container Groups & Live Sessions

I may also offer container-style programs, live sessions, or community groups through The Equestrian Knowledge Hub.

Group Program Terms

- Participation in live groups or container programs is subject to respectful and kind behaviour towards other members.

- I reserve the right to remove anyone who behaves inappropriately, without refund, to protect the safety and well-being of the group.

- Group session, webinars, or any guidance offered in The Equestrian Knowledge Hub are for general information and educational purposes only.

- They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, personalised riding instruction, or individual coaching.
